3 Flute Tungsten Carbide Endmill for Aluminium Machining
Tungsten carbide is approximately three times stiffer than steel, and is much denser than steel or titanium. Carbide tools can also withstand higher temperatures than standard high speed steel tools. Carbide cutting surfaces are often used for machining through materials such as carbon steel or stainless steel, as well as in situations where other tools would wear away, such as high-quantity production runs. Carbide generally produces a better finish on the part, and allows faster machining.
The processed materials for carbide end mill geberally are steels(P), stainless steels(M), cast iron(K), non-ferrous materials(N), heat-resistant super alloys, titanium alloys(S), high hardened materials(H).
The cutting methods of carbide endmill are side milling, slot milling, profiling, step milling, roughing, helix and drilling etc.

There is one flute, two flute, three flute, four flute, five flute and six flute according to different flute.
The coating is different for different processed materials as the hardness of them is different. Generally there is no coating for endmills for aluminium.
