In the pressing and forming process of cemented carbide blades, to replace the die or punch on the press, an experienced operator is required to carry out the adjustment, because the precision control requirements are high, and collision may occur if the adjustment accuracy is not high , During the process of assembly and adjustment, pay attention to adjusting the installation position of the mold, and the press is in a state that cannot be produced.
For the die shop to process the punch, or to remove the punch from the press and send it to the die shop for trimming, it also needs to be clamped and calibrated on the machine tool.
